Kata

Kata is a systematized sequences of attack, defense and counterattack techniques against imaginary opponent(s). In Shorinjiryu Kenryukan Karate, kata is the first training excerise that students are exposed to. It is also what differentiates us from the other Shorinjiryu systems and other forms of martial arts.
